At SAXI, we take pride in crafting Original, Exclusive Drops that are made with purpose, passion, and precision. Because of the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final. Please read our policy below carefully before completing your purchase.

Why All Sales Are Final

SAXI releases are limited and exclusive. Each drop is intentionally produced in small batches to preserve uniqueness and authenticity. For this reason:

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.

  • All items are sold as-is, and all purchases are considered final.

Defective or Damaged Items

Although we do not accept returns, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at saxifitness@.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
